Order Security Shopping on urbanindigo.com is safe and secure. We are committed to protecting our customers' personal information and do not keep any credit card information on our web site. We use your email address (and occasionally your phone number) only to communicate with you regarding your order. We never share your contact information with other companies. Methods of Payment We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as payment. Gift Wrap If you'd like your order gift-wrapped, please select the gift-wrapping option at check-out. Gift-wrap is an additional $3.50. Shipping Options Web orders are shipped via UPS Ground. If you would like something faster, please contact us directly about your order and we'll see what we can do to help. We cannot ship to PO boxes.
Discount Codes If you have a discount code, please make sure it hasn't expired and enter it correctly during checkout. Please note that discount codes cannot be combined or used on sale merchandise. Order Confirmation After you place your order, we will send a confirmation email to the email address you provided during checkout. This email will contain your order tracking number, so be sure to keep it. To track your order, see Order Tracking below. Email confirmations can take up to one business day to be sent. If you haven't received your email confirmation after 24 hours, first check your email account's spam folder, as these emails are occasionally blocked by accident. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact directly. Delivery Time Orders received on weekdays before 6PM PST usually ship within 48 hours. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday, or on holidays, are shipped within the next 2 business days. Order Tracking When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send an email confirmation to the email address you provided at checkout. The confirmation email will contain your tracking number. If you still have questions about your order after tracking it, feel free to contact us directly. How to Return or Exchange If for some reason you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, just return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we’ll be happy to issue an exchange or refund. (Unfortunately shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.) To make a return, you’ll need a Return Authorization number (RA#). To get an RA#, please send an email to: fresh@urbanindigo.com, and include your order number and a list of the item(s) you are returning in the body of the message. We’ll respond with your RA#, which you’ll need to include in the address field on your package. Please address your return package to: Urban Indigo We suggest shipping your package with a carrier such as UPS or FedEx, or via insured USPS Parcel Post just to be safe. If you receive an item that is damaged or broken, or if we accidentally sent you the wrong item please contact us and we’ll send you a replacement right away. We’ll also let you know how to send back the problem order. Store Location If you live in the Bay Area or plan to visit, we'd love to see you.
